Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or participating in any Tenggol Day Trip package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed below. Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Package
Day Trip Package
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability upon receipt of full payment.
- A minimum of four (4) certified divers is required to operate a trip.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the Locked-in Date.
Package Inclusions
- Each day trip includes three (3) scuba dives per boat.
- Boat transfers are included in the dive package price.
- A gratuity fee of RM5 per person per day is applicable and charged separately.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Upon full payment confirmation:
- 50% of the total package price will be forfeited for cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the Locked-in Date.
- 100% of the total package price will be forfeited for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days, including no-shows.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Missed dives
- Incomplete dive sessions
- Late arrivals
- Voluntary withdrawal from any dive activity
Dive Operations
- Divers must arrive at the designated jetty by 6:30 AM for registration and safety briefing.
- Late arrivals may result in automatic cancellation without refund to ensure operational safety and schedule integrity.
- All participants under the same booking or package must participate on the same scheduled dive day.
Safety, Health & Certification
- All divers must hold a valid and recognised scuba diving certification issued by an internationally recognised training agency.
- Divers are required to truthfully declare their medical condition and sign a Liability Release & Assumption of Risk Form prior to participation.
- The dive operator reserves the right to deny participation to any diver deemed medically unfit, uncertified, or unsafe to dive, without refund.
Weather, Sea & Force Majeure
- Dive operations are subject to weather conditions, sea state, marine park regulations, and safety considerations.
- The operator reserves the right to reschedule, modify dive sites, or cancel trips due to adverse conditions or force majeure events, in compliance with marine safety standards.
Compliance & Management Rights
- By purchasing or redeeming any package, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all safety, operational, and regulatory requirements prescribed by the operator.
- Management reserves the absolute right to amend, vary, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Package
Snorkelling Day Trip
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability upon receipt of full payment.
- A minimum of four (4) participants is required to operate a trip.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the Locked-in Date.
Package Inclusions
- Each day trip includes two (2) guided snorkelling sessions at designated snorkelling sites.
- Boat transfers are included in the package price.
- A gratuity fee of RM5 per person per day is applicable and charged separately.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Upon full payment confirmation:
- 50% of the total package price will be forfeited for cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the Locked-in Date.
